Sales team at the ready
International bids, customer presentations, centre tours – sales teams in the congress and convention sector certainly have their hands full. So it is crucial that sales managers possess the right level of industry knowledge and marketing expertise.
At ICM, a team of three sales and marketing specialists are currently taking both national and international marketing of Munich’s congress centre to new heights. Lead by ICM Director Andrea Bisping; Stefanie Kunzlmann, Nina Rupp and Carolin Kempfle provide ICM customers with an initial point of contact and ensure a strong focus on service.
Professional partners Born in Munich, marketing specialist Stefanie Kunzlmann has been drawing on her international experience and extensive contacts to represent ICM at important industry events since 2008. Qualified in business administration, she also successfully supports and promotes ICM’s numerous international bids for major congresses in close collaboration with Munich’s tourist board.
Team member Nina Rupp joined ICM from Stuttgart, having gained comprehensive project and sales experience in the congress sector from her time at that city’s trade fair centre (Messe Stuttgart) as well as at ICC Berlin. As Marketing and Sales Manager at ICM, she is putting her years of hands-on experience to good use, ensuring the best possible service for our customers.
The two are capably supported by Augsburg-born Carolin Kempfle, Marketing and Sales Assistant at ICM. Having completed her masters in European Business, she was drawn to ICM in large part due to the variety and flexibility it offers. Alongside her colleagues, she works to accommodate the most individual of customer requests.
